- 2 1/2 cups tomatoes, chopped fresh
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle (fresh cucumber pickles)
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle juice
- 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
- 1 dash oregano
Recipe
- 1 in a blender or food processor, blend half of the ingredients until finely chopped.
- 2 pour into bowl and repeat with remaining ingredients.
- 3 chill thoroughly.
