Ingredients
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup unbleached flour
- 1/4 cup ground quinoa
- 1/3 cup fine ground soybeans
- 1/3 cup fine ground flax seeds
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 1/2 teaspoons bread yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 blend the carrots with 1 cup milk until liquidfied.
- 2 add all liquids to bread pan.
- 3 add all dry ingredients except yeast.
- 4 makes small well in the top of the dry ingredients for yeast.
- 5 set machine for wheat bread and start.
