Protein Bread, Machine

Total Time: 2 hrs 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup unbleached flour
  • 1/4 cup ground quinoa
  • 1/3 cup fine ground soybeans
  • 1/3 cup fine ground flax seeds
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons bread yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 blend the carrots with 1 cup milk until liquidfied.
  • 2 add all liquids to bread pan.
  • 3 add all dry ingredients except yeast.
  • 4 makes small well in the top of the dry ingredients for yeast.
  • 5 set machine for wheat bread and start.
