Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 6 ounces smoked salmon fillets, flaked, not lox
- 3 ounces chinese hot mustard
- 6 ounces mini gherkins
- 4 ounces water crackers, any plain delicate tasting cracker
Recipe
- 1 spread 1/2 teaspoon or more of the mustard on a water cracker.
- 2 top with desired amount of smoked salmon.
- 3 top with a small gherkin.
- 4 enjoy!
