Smoked Salmon Appy. W/ Heat & Sweet

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 ounces smoked salmon fillets, flaked, not lox
  • 3 ounces chinese hot mustard
  • 6 ounces mini gherkins
  • 4 ounces water crackers, any plain delicate tasting cracker

Recipe

  • 1 spread 1/2 teaspoon or more of the mustard on a water cracker.
  • 2 top with desired amount of smoked salmon.
  • 3 top with a small gherkin.
  • 4 enjoy!
