Mexican Rice Bean Veggie Thing

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 package lipton chinese fried rice (that's what i had)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can corn
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can black beans
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- garlic powder
- cumin
- oregano
Recipe
- 1 cook rice per package directions, 5 minutes into simmering add salsa.
- 2 stir.
- 3 add corn and beans with a little bit of bean juice to thicken.
- 4 add some peas (there weren't enough for me).
- 5 add peas in time to thaw.
- 6 add garlic and oregano to taste.
