Pseudo Sourdough For The Bread Machine

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sour cream, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 1/8 teaspoons salt
  • 2 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 cup barley flour
  • 2 tablespoons potato flakes, dry
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Recipe

  • 1 place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. select bread setting, and start.
  • 2 my machines takes 2 1/2 start to finish.
