Ingredients
- 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1 quart whole milk
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
- 10 ounces maraschino cherries, quartered
- 3 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 lemons, juiced
Recipe
- 1 stir the sugar till dissolved in the milks and whipping cream. add the pineapple and cherries. place in ice cream maker and let it mix till almost frozen. add the lemon juice and place in container in the freezer to freeze solid.
